We had a really nice trip to visit my parents in Texas for Christmas. The kids had so much fun and were sad to come home. One of the main reasons they wanted to stay longer was Grandpa's Christmas eve gift, Emerson.
My parents love having a pet, and after the loss of Mr. Pinkerton they had been pet-free for a few months. Rich and Tonia brought them this fun little kitten as a Christmas gift. Emerson is a very cute and fun kitten. He did cause a few scratches and even a some blood loss from bites. Everyone kept going back for more. Christmas eve was spent with the whole family. We had a great dinner and opened some gifts. I am so glad my kids got to spend time with their Texas cousins.

We had a fun night and didn't even end up staying up too late. Thanks mom and dad for the fun trip! Lily already wants to know when we will be coming back.
