It's the Great Pumpkin

I seem to be a little backed up on my pictures. These are from the pumpkin patch at the preschool where we always go to pick the perfect pumpkins. A few weeks later we carved.
This year Anna drew the eyes, Lily did the elephant trunk nose, and Nick took care of creating the perfect mouth. It looks pretty cute. I mostly just took pictures.
This is a picture of everyone "helping" draw the face on the pumpkin. The kids got a hold of the camera during the gutting and this is the picture they took. It is the inside of the pumpkin.
The kids each took a turn actually carving the pumpkin. Don't worry they were using a kid friendly, but useful pumpkin carving knife.
The final product:
They had a fun time. Next up, Halloween! We are so excited.
