California, part 2

I know that you were sitting on the edge of your chair waiting for more pictures of our fabulous trip. We had a fun time at California Adventure. It is the park right next to Disneyland. This was our first trip here and they had many fun rides. Lily and the rest of the family loved Soarin' over California. It is a very cool ride that she was big enough to go on. Lily thought this waterfall looked just like the one on Soarin'. It is supposed to, because they are trying to recreate Yosemite.

This is another picture of California Adventure. The kids were so tired by the time I took this!Here are some more random pictures at Disneyland and at Downtown Disney.

Being in Orange County we got to visit the area that Ben lived in until he was seven. He showed us his house and the area where he lived. This is a picture of the exit sign off the freeway to his house. Kind of funny.

We did go back to the beach. It was cloudy and cool, but the kids had a great time. Lily pointed out the 'inappropriate swimsuits' that the women around us had on. Notice there are NO pictures of me in my swimsuit. That is why I hold onto the camera.

The kids really liked the picture of birds, so here it is. Anna said I had to post it.

We had a really good time. We are so glad that we got to make memories with our children.
